The Sussex County Community Development & Housing Division is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations for the provision of professional consulting services to conduct data collection for the County’s Strong Communities Study. Information from this study will be used by the County to better understand the needs of impacted communities in order to prioritize future planning and funding of infrastructure for these areas. The specific services being sought are further identified in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
